I have been dealing with the loss of a dog lately and I felt really hopeless and down about life for a long time. Losing a pet has been hard for me and it has been tough to navigate the loss and to get back to living life normally. I have been finding some great healing though, from books and from getting to know the stories of other people who have experienced pet loss.
My dog was the only dog that I ever had and I have been hesitant to get a new dog, since I am not yet over the loss of my dog. I have been getting a lot of help however, with some great books. Grief books are a great way for me to see that I am not crazy and to help me to have a healthy grieving process. The books help me out a lot.

I have been getting some great advice from the books and they have been answering some of my deepest questions. The books are a great way for me to start the healing process and to get back to living life normally. I have been feeling so much better already
